Our online chat feature (Inside) uses cookies to track consumer activity on www.cellarmasterwines.com and maintains a log of this chat history and activity on the site for internal purposes.

To maintain the accuracy of the personal data, as well as to prevent unauthorised access and ensure the correct use of personal data, we have implemented appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard and secure the personal data we collect.  All personal data you provide to us is secured on our website with restricted access by authorised personnel only. Our online registration process uses the SSL protocol link for data transmission so as to protect your data via encrypting it in a secure format to ensure its privacy is maintained. When disposing of personal data, paper documents containing the personal data are securely destroyed, and electronic files storing the personal data are permanently deleted. 

As stated above, we may entrust your personal data to a third party direct marketing agency that we use for our communications.  We use contractual or other means to ensure that the marketing agency adopt proper security measures and data retention practices and only to use the personal data for the purposes we specify.
