Palate Profile
Château de Pommard Puligny-Montrachet 2020 displays a pale lemon-lime color. The nose instantly conjures bouquets of white and orange blossoms as well as citrus notes. The palate is refined and delicate with the typical minterality of Puligny. The finish, fresh and subtle, offers notes of flint and a light toastiness.
Founded in 1726, Château de Pommard combines three hundred years of savoir-faire and the innovative vision of Famille Carabello-Baum for the future. Located in the heart of Burgundy’s Côte d’Or, Château de Pommard is one of the oldest wine estates in the region and its 300-year-old chateau and clos is UNESCO-protected.
