Palate Profile
A deliciously fresh chardonnay with crisp fruit flavours accentuated with a pep of buttery oak. For the ultimate chardonnay experience, serve chilled with roast chicken or pork chops straight off the bbq.
Early spring rains set up growth for an excellent canopy giving the fruit good protection over the warm dry summer. Harvested in late January when the Baume was 12.2 fermented in stainless steel tanks before a portion was aged in American Oak for up to 6 months.

Wildly aromatic, smells of a spring flower garden after the rain! The nose is dynamic and intricate, adding on a touch of honey and marzipan as it warms up. Delicate and elegant with tingly acidity, pleasant dryness, and a crisp finish. While the flavours taste light and lifted, there is considerable body here that is nicely balanced by the vivacious structure. This is ready to enjoy.
Pale lemon. Simple broad white melon core on nose. Touch of flint on nose. Moderate body, soft acidity, Smooth texture, dry on palate with medium finish.
